Security deposit for room rentals is $100 and is due at the time of booking. Security deposit is applied to rental and is non-refundable unless within cancellation deadlines.

*A resident corporation is a business entity that pays taxes to the Lisle Park District.
ALL FEES ARE DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the reserved date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will forfeit the rental fee. There will be no refunds given for any site in the event of inclement weather.
The Museums at Lisle Station Park has the right to cancel, alter or terminate all or some of the conditions as provided for in the agreement and reserves the right to keep part or all of the security deposit in the event the renter and/or participants fail to comply with the established rules.
The $100 security deposit for indoor rentals is due at time of booking and applied to the total cost of rental. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation request occurs at least 72 hours prior to date of rental. If damage has occurred, the room was not cleaned up or the renter broke park rules and regulations an additional fee will be applied to rental costs.
